Shipping policy

Order Confirmation: As soon as you place an order, we will pre-authorise your card however you will not be charged yet. Once we have confirmed that your order is available for immediate shipment, we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched. If there is any delay we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you immediately.

Delivery Cost: We offer free delivery on all orders over £500 to England and Wales. For deliveries under £500 there is a charge of £14.99. For climbing frames, there will be a surcharge for delivery to Scotland, please contact us for a quote by emailing hello@myoutdoorplayground.co.uk.

Delivery Process: Once your order has been placed and we have confirmed it is available, we will charge your card and start preparing your order. Our standard delivery time is 3-5 business days. For Climbing Frames, you can expect delivery within 10-15 working days (we dispatch your order as soon as the timber had been cut to length and all items have been packed). We will contact you in advance to agree an exact delivery date, and you will receive an ETA on the day (you will need to be available to sign for the delivery). We’ll send you tracking details by email and text within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. All Climbing Frames are delivered by van service which is kerbside delivery (items placed next to where the van can park). Our drivers are not insured to go through houses; they will not go indoors. There is an optional upgrade of £30 for the driver to place parcels further from the van, providing it is still outside of your house. If you've ordered a climbing frame, each parcel will be <20kg, with a maximum length of 3m for larger slides and 2.7m for timber.

Checks & Damages: We ask that you thoroughly inspect the items in your order at the point of delivery. Please make sure you to see if there are any missing parcels and also check for the condition of the parcels for any signs of damage. Parcels are numbered and you will be shown a packing list with the items delivered and the total number of parcels. Inside each box of towers and modules there is a cutting list with the timber lengths and number of pieces of each. You should check this before installation is carried out. IF THERE ARE ANY MISSING OR DAMAGED PARCELS, PLEASE SIGN THE COURIER PAPERWORK AS MISSING OR DAMAGED AND NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY.

Installation Service: We offer professional installation for Climbing Frames, Swing Sets and Modules - please ask us for a quote. We work with a professional and trusted installation team, that will travel to your property and carry out the job at very high standards. Normally, for a tower and one module, installations will be finished in a day, but larger combinations can take 2-3 days, depending on the time of the year. Installations are weather depending, however our installers try to get on with the job and have a gazebo to work even if it is raining, but please bear in mind that installations can be postponed due to weather conditions. The installers are self employed and will take payment from you directly after installation is complete. They will provide you with the receipt.

Cancellations & Refunds: Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds will be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
